Mr. Khaled holds the position of the executive partner of the United
Experts Office, which is one of the reputable and pioneering office in the field
of professional services and financial consulting and working in the field of
auditing, accounting, tax services, foundation works and feasibility studies in
the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Gulf states.

Mr. Khaled held the
position of the executive partner of the United Experts Office since the
establishment of the office in 2003, and through his work as an executive
partner, assumed the tasks of establishing and managing various sectors in the
office in the field of auditing, taxation, administrative and financial consulting,
and supervising the work of establishing companies.

Mr. Khaled trained and
qualified the professional work team and supported them technically and
skillfully to obtain professional degrees and accreditation as chartered
accountants by the Register of Accountants and Auditors at the Ministry of
Finance, as well as encouraging them to obtain the appropriate scientific
education to obtain membership and fellowship of professional associations
accredited locally and globally, in addition to attracting talented and
qualified people to office team.

Mr. Khaled participated
and supervised many economic studies, preparing accounting systems, feasibility
studies for various economic projects, preparing financial reports and studies
for evaluating assets for the purpose of merging or liquidation or changing the
legal form and increasing the capital, as well as supervising the work of due
diligence for many companies and the merging of new shareholders.

the second branch of the United Experts Office in the State of Qatar in early
2014 and seeks to establish new Arab and foreign professional partnerships.

law, and participated and prepared a group of working papers, writings and
research in the field of auditing, accounting and financial consultancy.

training material, and a lecturer of Egyptian and international accounting
