Dr. Salem is the Co-founder of Brookes and the Managing Partner of UK offices; he is a Chartered Certified Accountant & Professional Consultant with over 25 years progressive experience across multiple sectors including Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Trading, utilities, Investments, Financial Institutions, Charities, etc.

Dr. Salem started his professional career as Chartered Accountant in KPMG and then moved to different roles within the Big 4 auditing firms and international organizations. He has a wide experience in performing audit and advisory services, risk management M&A, business valuation, financial due diligence, and IPO preparation & support, etc.

Besides his work as Partner at Brookes, he also engaged as Board Member / Member of Trustees of many organizations in the UK, and also a Governor for a number of educational institutions and academies. He is also Remote Practical Experience Supervisor appointed by ACCA for the new members.
